First of all, why are bios so hard?! Second, I’m the blonde femme. The one on the right without the hat.

Ok, now that that’s settled. Hey… And welcome to Queer Folk Tales (QFT)! I’ll tell my queer tales on the podcast at some point in the future. That’s NOT what this bio is for.

Actually, let’s talk about this passion project of mine. The idea for QFT came about as my sweet GF (Lauren, she’s pretty great) and I were traveling and visiting local bookstores. Even in the more progressive areas there was a total LACK of queer history content. And I thought, “Surely this can’t be right. We’re fabulous and fun and get shit done. Where are our books?!”

I’m no author but I AM a yapper and thus, emerged, the Queer Folk Tales Podcast, where you write and I read. Each story sent to QFT will be chronicled and archived for a later project.

I’m sure this project will take several forms and iterations over it’s time. So let me go ahead and thank you ahead of time for contributing and sticking with me through this.
